Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.

what a long time since my last post

Many things happened; such a waste that I didn't blog them down in time.

Encounter! Camp

Many lives was touched. Breakthrough for many of us... Eelee excerised her gift of tongue, while I prophesied first time on congregational level. Conducted a workshop on spiritual gift too. This was the first camp which I led and the rare few ones which I actually joined in the games.

Thailand Mission Trip

First time in my life that I led a team myself to missions. Went to Phitsanulok with a team of four Os Grads- Joleen, Jasmine, Yiqin and Yanyu. Had a jolly good fellowship with the mosquitoes there. Taught english to the natives and shared Christ to them. Went to visit a flood invaded Lab Lae District there. Visited Hope of Bangkok Church too. Overall this trip was filled with great fun and reflections too. Came back to Singapore feeling much more refreshed and renewed in vision.

Visitation to Riverlife Church

Visited Riverlife's Youth Church with Pastor Jeff and Daniel. They call themselves Megalife. A bunch of youths excited for Jesus. They're aiming for 500 people by end of this year. Such an encouragement to know stories of youth church on fire for Christ.

A boy named Cas

One person who holds up a space in my heart. Touched by what he shared on msn with me a few weeks ago. Will continue to send him verses everyday till one day he turns back to God. I know he will, that's why I never had the intention to give up. Waiting for him to drive me around Singapore to enjoy great food when he got his driving license.

One of my closest friend- Riswanto

One of my closest friend in high school. Remembered the three of us (Riswanto, Daryl & I) will always be studying in school till late afternoon before heading home. Shared almost everything in our hearts. Treasured the times we spent together, all the silly things we did and the fun and joy we had... Remembered we served together as CL last time. After JC he left for America to further his studies, and that's when we start to lose contact with each other. Finally managed to get him through MSN today. Glad to see him doing well in the Lord, attending one of the Indonesian Church over there in America. Shared quite alot though the conversation was a short one. Thankful for the open sharing and the trust still available to me.

Birthdays!

Shuzhen's Birthday: Hongkong Eating House & Breeko Cafe. An evening spent with her and acknowledgement of her role in the Youth and how she has impacted many of us through her life.

Debbie's Birthday: Cafe Cartel. A night of appreciate for who she is and what she's contributed in NE as a strong pillar.

Yihui's Birthday: Minds Cafe. A night of fun and craziness. Drawings to show her who she is to us.

Eelee's Birthday: Under her void-deck. Messy and violent! Cheese-cake war between the good (Shirls, Sharlene, Ruth, Shuzhen, Me) and the evil (Eelee, Daniel, Dennis).
